More about the Networking System as a way of attracting customers. How would you like to have real estate professionals in your area sending you customers on a regular basis. Mortgage providers, real estate brokers, and other real estate professionals are the points of first contact for home buyers, home refinancers, and small business buyers- prime potential customers for solar, wind, and/or geothermal installations. We have created a way of making these very professionals the base of our networking system.  After you become a member of the Solar, Wind, and/or Geothermal Marketing Network, we provide to you qualified, interested leads located in your market area, in many cases whose financing has already been arranged.  You pay for the lead after the sale. The cost is less than the average cost usually allotted to advertising on a per unit basis, less than 3%, and payable only after you have been paid. And almost all of it is used to pay the referral partner for the lead. The price is set according to an agreement reached between your company and ours at the time of your enlistment in the Solar, Wind, and Geothermal Marketing Network and is never more than that agreed price. To qualify, you must be a licensed contractor in your area, trained and certified by the required agencies to install solar and/or other alternative energy products. There are no company size or shop requirements. One man operations as well as large companies are elligible for consideration. It is important to the integrity of the referral network that we limit the number of contractors and dealers within the system. As such, not all who apply are approved.
